This project transforms a brownfield site into a year-round commercial destination that supports seasonal visitors to the region. The scope includes site planning, architectural design for a marina building and a powersports dealership, and a long-term master plan for future phases that may include additional commercial development and multi-family residential uses. As part of the development application process, an extensive community engagement program was undertaken. Local residents and stakeholders were invited to participate in dialogue with the ownership group, ensuring community perspectives were heard and considered as the project vision evolved.
