Tri-Core Projects and their sister company, Quantum Utilities, are consolidating their operations from two separate offices into a new shared headquarters in Headingley, Manitoba. Sputnik Architecture was engaged to design a 42,500 square foot facility that brings together administrative offices, a maintenance shop, and fleet vehicle storage. Through a detailed functional programming process with the ownership group, multiple layout options were explored to ensure efficient adjacencies and support future growth. The resulting design aligns the building’s exterior expression with the interior organization and is structured to allow for phased construction.
