Sputnik designed the new corporate office for Mennonite Central Committee Canada (MCC Canada). The project began with a functional program to assess the requirements and the square footage calculated was used to search for new leased accommodations. Sputnik toured potential sites to assess the prospective spaces and provided marketing plans to assist with the selection. Sputnik managed the project from site measurements, to design and construction documentation, to contract administration and furniture selection. Inspired by the client’s vision, the design concept portrayed the work that MCC Canada undertakes, devising creative solutions to integrate the concept into the office design, while adhering to the tight budget constraints of a non-profit organization.
